Geetika Samuel
Founder & Academic Director
With over two decades of experience in adult education and digital literacy, Geetika Samuel is a seasoned professional dedicated to transforming learning experiences. As the Founder & Academic Director of eLiteracy Link, she has been instrumental in supporting strategic planning, refining program delivery, and overseeing robust assessment and moderation practices.
Geetika’s extensive career includes senior academic roles at a leading New Zealand university – The University of Waikato, where she excelled in both teaching and management. Her expertise in coaching and mentoring staff, along with guiding students in the effective use of eLearning technologies, has been a cornerstone of her work. Geetika also successfully operated an IELTS training institute in Chandigarh, India, from 2004 to 2006, further highlighting her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to education.
Her qualifications include a Master of Arts (Hons) in Applied Linguistics, a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Linguistics, a Graduate Certificate in Applied E-Learning, and certifications in Te Reo, English Language Teaching, and E-Learning Design. She is currently pursuing an NZ Certificate in Adult Literacy & Numeracy Education, adding to her already impressive portfolio of credentials.
Urvashi Chauhan
Director of Operations
Urvashi Chauhan is a seasoned professional with extensive international experience in business management and accounting. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from India and further enhanced her global perspective by earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. This educational journey provided her with valuable insights into diverse business practices and cultures, enriching her approach to management and operations.
Since 2014, Urvashi has served as the Director of Systematic Accounting Services, where she has been instrumental in optimizing financial processes and contributing to the company’s sustained growth. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to precision and innovation.
As the Director of Operations at eLiteracyLink, Urvashi now channels her international exposure and deep understanding of the educational landscape to advance the company’s mission of enhancing digital literacy. Her strategic vision and operational expertise are key drivers in the organization’s efforts to make education more accessible and effective.
