Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Cancel at least 14 days before the course start date (Tuition fee less Registration fee, less NZ $100 admin charge).
Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days prior (Tuition fee less Registration fee, less charge equivalent to the period studied).
No Refund: Cancellations within 6 days of the start date.
Transfers to future courses or substitutions are allowed with a fee or advance notice.
