Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Cancel at least 14 days before the course start date (Tuition fee less the enrolment fee and a $150 admin charge).
Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days before start date (50% of the tuition fee will be refunded, less the enrolment fee and a $150 admin charge).
No Refund: Cancellations within 5 days of the start date.
Transfers to future courses or substitutions are allowed with an admin charge or advance notice.
Where fees are paid in instalments, this is a payment arrangement only and the full course fee remains payable once the course has started.
Course fees become non-refundable once the course has commenced.
