Meet our Team
With over 22 years of experience in adult education and digital literacy, Geetika Samuel is a seasoned professional dedicated to transforming learning experiences. As the Founder & Academic Director of eLiteracy Link, she has been instrumental in supporting strategic planning, refining program delivery, and overseeing robust assessment and moderation practices.
Geetika’s extensive career includes senior academic roles at a leading New Zealand university – The University of Waikato, where she excelled in both teaching and management. Her expertise in coaching and mentoring staff, along with guiding students in the effective use of eLearning technologies, has been a cornerstone of her work. Geetika also successfully operated an IELTS training institute in Chandigarh, India, from 2004 to 2006, further highlighting her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to education.

Founder & Director
Chandni is an experienced and passionate IELTS and PTE educational coach with over 10 years of teaching expertise. Academically accomplished, she is currently pursuing a Master of Teaching from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and a Master’s in Biotechnology from both India and Sydney, Australia. Her diverse educational background and international exposure bring depth, adaptability, and a global perspective to her teaching approach.
She has taught in multiple countries, including Australia, where she worked as an educator in Sydney. Her international teaching experience has allowed her to understand and respond to the unique learning needs of students from various cultural and academic backgrounds.
Over the years, she has successfully mentored hundreds of students in achieving their target scores in IELTS and PTE, helping them reach their academic, professional, and migration goals. Her coaching focuses on mastering all four language skills — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking — with a balanced approach that combines proven strategies, personalized feedback, and motivational support. Known for her patience, clarity, and student-centred approach, she creates a positive and effective learning environment tailored to each learner’s strengths and challenges. Whether working with beginners or advanced test takers, she is committed to helping every student succeed with confidence.
